How do I start an order?
Easiest way: submit a quote request with your date, guest count, and any theme inspiration. You can also call (248) 832-1041 or stop in at 617 S Opdyke Rd during shop hours. We typically respond within 48 hours with a proposal.
How far in advance should I order?
It depends on the service. Sweet Treats & Bundts: 3 to 5 days. Cupcakes: 3 to 5 days. Custom Cakes: 2 to 4 weeks. Wedding Cakes & Event Catering: 2 to 6 months, especially in peak season. Rush orders are accepted when the schedule allows.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available throughout the Detroit Metro area for an added fee based on distance — including Auburn Hills, Rochester Hills, Troy, Pontiac, Bloomfield Hills, Lake Orion, and Clarkston. Pickup from our Auburn Hills shop is always free.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?
We can often adjust for nut, dairy, or egg allergies with advance notice. Gluten-friendly options are available for most services. Mention any allergies when you submit your quote so we can talk through options. Note: our kitchen is not certified allergen-free.
What's the minimum order?
It varies by service. Cupcakes: 1 dozen. Bundts & Custom Cakes: no fixed minimum. Sweet Treats walk-in: no minimum. Event Catering: 20 guests or $250, whichever is higher.
Can I combine services on one order?
Absolutely — most of our events mix two or three services. A birthday might pair a custom cake with cupcakes; a wedding might pair a tiered cake with a full dessert table. If you're mixing multiple services, Event Catering is usually the right starting point.
